Changes in purchases made
The products purchased may be changed within a period of no more than A30 days from the date of delivery of your order.
It is obligatory that the products are in perfect condition (not used or tampered) and in their original packaging, and that in the box of your request attach copy of the RMA with the return authorization that we will facilitate.
Procedure to make a return.
The customer must complete the "Incident notification form" located in the private area of the client (my account), selecting the option "I don't like the product." "I want to proceed with your return", and indicating the code of the product received, and the code of the product you wish to purchase in substitution.
Upon receipt of the form, the GREENICE staff will be contacted within 24/48 hours.
Depending on the case, and being the sole and only decision of Greenice, the following possibilities fit:
Sending the order with the new MATERIAL you want to purchase in replacement of the one you want to return and pick up the product/S you do not want in the same Operation and simultaneously. In this case, the dealer will deliver your new order and collect the material you do not want, and must introduce in the package the RMA document that is sent by our service of claims and incidents.
Previous collection of the order you do not want and later sending the order with the new MATERIAL you want to purchase. GreenIce may request the prior collection of the product/s in question and the receipt of the same in our warehouse, and after the pertinent verification that the material is in correct condition, will proceed to the shipment of the new Order.
It is possible that the change of the material by another generates an increase or decrease of the amount of the same, finding us in one of the following two situations:
- If with the change/s effected, the total amount of the order increases: In this case, the price difference can only be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. It is not possible to pay the difference by card because the POS of the bank does not accept partial payments.
- If with the change/s effected, the total amount of the order decreases: in this case, we will pay the difference of the resulting price, by means of the same form of payment that you pass the order, either by card or PayPal, or by transfer or Cash on Delivery, in which case, you must indicate a bank account number.
Return of products
Products purchased may be returned within a period of no more than 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.
It is obligatory that the returns of the products are carried out perfectly packed, complete and with their original packaging, indicating the number of the return authorization that we will provide and attaching copies the invoice of purchase. GreenIce will take care of collecting the material to be returned, managing the company collecting and running with the expenses of return. If the customer decides to proceed to send on their own the material they wish to return, GreenIce will not take charge of the expenses derived from that. GreenIce will only take charge of the reimbursement expenses provided that it has previously managed the return with its usual carrier.
Only the refund will be accepted, and the amount of the product will be refunded if it is free of damage and in perfect condition. The return of battered products or in bad condition that has been tampered with or not in its original packaging shall not be accepted.
Procedure to make a return
The procedure to be followed will be the following:
- The web claims form must be completed, located in the private area of the client (my account), selecting the option "I don't like the product." "I want to proceed to your return."
- Once received the form requesting the return, our staff will contact the client to manage the collection of the material you want to return for your subscription.
- AAt the reception of the same, and after the perceptive examination by our staff of the material, The credit shall be obtained within a period not exceeding 15 days from the receipt of the matterl.
Once the articles have been received in our warehouses and verified that the above conditions are fulfilled, we will proceed to the refund of the amount. Shipping costs will not be reinstated.
