European Shipping Charges

Shipping Methods and costs

  • The shipping cost will be €15,73/ £13,44 (VAT included)
  • The shipment will be free of charge for all orders whose amount exceeds €139,99/ £119,64 (VAT included).

Shipping times

  • If the product is in stock, the shipment of the order will be completed immediately and delivered within the 24 hours from order shipment in the address indicated by the customer when making the purchase.
  • Shipments and deliveries will take place from Monday to Friday.
  • The deadlines for each product to be sent, as well as the quantities available, are indicated on the page of each product, specifying the delivery times in paragraph Stocks and delivery times. Products may be available in three states:
  • Delivery in 24 hours. The product is available in our warehouse to be shipped and delivered within 24 hours.
  • Next arrivals. The product will be ready for shipment on the date of receipt indicated on the product card, since it has already been requested from our supplier and is on its way to our warehouse.
  • Other Amounts. The number of days for the delivery of quantities greater than those available in the two previous states is indicated.
  • This information will always be available to the client so that it is fully informed of the delivery times of each product and of the available stock of the same at all times. These deadlines are indicative and may suffer variations.
  • In the event that one of the deadlines is modified, GREENICE’s customer service will communicate to you, either via email or telephone call, the approximate delivery time for the total shipment of your order. In the same way, you will be kept informed of any variation that may arise from that period.

In case an order is made up of several or many different products, not being all available for shipment at the time of the order, the customer may request the partial shipment of your order and the subsequent shipment of the material Slope. Such partial delivery may only be requested when the total shipment of the order is delayed more than the deadlines indicated on the web and this shipment must finally be approved by GREENICE. GreenIce will always have the final decision regarding the realization of partial shipments..



Payment Methods

GreenIce offers several payment methods:

  • Bank transfer: Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account number in the Payment Methods section of the website.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Payment may be made by credit or debit card the the Ingenico secure payment platform. The total will be charged to the card upon confirmation of the order.
  • Paypal: You may choose to pay with your Paypal account or credit card via the Paypal platform, which you can access through our cart if you select this payment method. The total will be charged upon confirmation of the order. The payment process will be done via the Paypal secure servers.
  • Sofort: Online Bank Transfer with your oiwn banking details.





Discount Vouchers and Commercial Communications

GreenIce may grant customers different types of vouchers.

The Company will always inform the customer of the validity and expiry date of any voucher.

Only one voucher may be used on each order, and discount vouchers may not be combined, regardless of the type, on a single order. These may be used, one at a time, on future orders.

GreenIce may void and cancel any voucher without prior notice.

GreenIce will send commercial communications with new products and promotions to customers who have accepted to receive said notifications during the registration process. Customers may unsubscribe by following "Unsubscribe" the link in the e-mail.


Terms of Sale

All of the goods sold are guaranteed under Spanish Law 23/2003 of 10 July, on Guarantees covering sales of consumer goods, which gives the consumer several options if the goods acquired don't meet the provisions of the purchase contract, including repair and/or replacement of the goods. It recognises consumers' rights to have the goods repaired, replaced, discounted or termination of the contract. (art. 4).

By accepting the general conditions of sale, customers hereby declare that they are of age (at least 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to acquire the products offered through www.greenice.com and that they understand and comprehend the general conditions in full.

Under no circumstances shall GreenIce accept orders from individuals that are under age. Any order placed by a minor will be cancelled immediately by GreenIce and any payment made, reimbursed in full immediately.

All products sold by GreenIce have a 3-year guarantee (The 3-year warranty period was extended on 04/05/2021 and operates for all products purchased after that date. Products purchased on previous dates have a 2-year warranty, in accordance with the current sales conditions at the time of purchase) from the delivery date. GreenIce shall be responsible for any manufacturing faults found in the items, and shall have the choice of repairing or replacing said items.

The product to be repaired or replaced must be that shipped out by GreenIce, with the corresponding packing slip and/or invoice, or a document provided previously by GreenIce. The guarantee will not apply if no proper documentation is provided.

GreenIce shall not be responsible for any damage caused by non-professional installation, improper use, handling and/or short circuits. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors, such as power surges or cuts, abnormal use of the product, fire, water, storms, dropping the item or misuse by individuals or companies not authorised by GreenIce. Likewise, GreenIce shall not be held responsible for installing, disassembling, inspecting, etc. expenses arising from replacement of the defective or erroneous part, or any other similar issues.GreenIce will provide the customer with the proper product, sending it to the address provided.

In the case of faulty products, GreenIce will organise transport using our standard shipping agent. After the faulty product has been received at the GreenIce warehouse, it will be studied by GreenIce technicians. The guarantee does not apply to any products shown to be damaged or broken by the customer or user, nor for partial damage caused to the product in order to force application of the guarantee as a way to ensure exchange or reimbursement for the product.

For any aspect of this guarantee that does not fall under Spanish Law 23/2003, the provisions of Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, shall apply.

Returns and complaints  must be processed according to the instructions below for each cause described here. Greenice undertakes to contact the customer within 24 hours to begin processing the incident:

Return of the product

Products acquired may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

The procedure is as follows:

  • Fill in the returns form on the greenice.com website (under My Account), selecting the option "I don't like the product. I want to return it."
  • You must provide all the information required on the form.
  • Once we have received your form requesting a return, our staff will contact you to arrange to pick up the material you would like to return.
  • Once we have received and examined the material, you will be reimbursed within 15 days.

All returns must be received properly packed, whole, in their original packaging and with the return authorisation number provided and a copy of the purchase invoice. Greenice will arrange for pick-up of the material to be returned and pay for return shipping. If the customer decides to ship the materials to be returned by other carriers, GreenIce shall not be responsible for the charges arising from shipping. GreenIce will only cover the return shipping costs when the return has been processed through the standard shipping agent.

Only products in perfect conditions, not damaged in any way, will be accepted for return and reimbursement. Products that are scratched or in poor conditions, have been manipulated or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Once the items are received at our warehouse and our staff has checked that they meet the aforementioned requirements, we will proceed to reimburse the full amount. Customers will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.

All purchases made through direct offers from Greenice to the customer shall be governed by the same conditions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The items mentioned below are excluded from the Exchange and Returns Policy except in case of malfunction:

- Customized LED strips.

- Neon LED hose by meters.

- Loose units of product packs.

- Products in auction.

Defective Product return

All products sold by GreenIce have a 3-year guarantee (The 3-year warranty period was extended on 04/05/2021 and operates for all products purchased after that date. GreenIce shall be responsible for any manufacturing faults found in the product, and shall have the choice of repairing or replacing said items. The guarantee will be processed as follows:

  • The customer must fill in the Complaints Form (under My Account), selecting the option that applies in each case.
  • GreenIce will process the incident within 24-48 hours of receiving it.
  • The item will be collected and examined by the GreenIce technical staff.
  • If possible, the product will be repaired, otherwise it will be replaced.

No reimbursements will be given for defective products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

All purchases made through direct offers from Greenice to the customer shall be governed by the same conditions.

Damage in transit

When tha package is received, if ot is damaged or there are missing items, this must be noted on the packing slip and GreenIce notified immediately using the Complaints Form (under My Account) selecting the option: "Damaged in transit. I want a replacement product". Any claims regarding broken or damaged products lodged more than 24 hours after delivery will be rejected.

The procedure to process a claim for items Damaged in transit is as follows:

  • Within 24 hours of delivery of the product, the customer must notify GreenIce of what has occurred. This must be done via the Complaints Form (under My Account), selecting the option: "Damaged in transit. I want a replacement product".
  • All the required fields must be filled in, with photos of the damaged materials attached.
  • Once we have received the form, GreenIce staff will contact you within 24-48 hours.
  • Depending on the clarity of the case, GreenIce may first opt to have the damaged item collected to be examined and then, once the damage has been verified as caused by transport and not the customer, send a new product. Likewise, GreenIce, may choose to send a new product immediately upon receiving the duly completed form.

All purchases made through direct offers from Greenice to the customer shall be governed by the same conditions.

Wrong product shipped

If GreenIce has shipped the wrong product, the customer must notify the company within 48 hours of delivery. The procedure for this notification is as follows:

  • The customer must fill in the Complaint Form (under My Account) on the greenice.com website.
  • All fields must be filled in, marking the option: "Wrong product shipped. I want to exchange it for the right one", along with the code of the product ordered and the code of the product received.
  • Once we have received the form, GreenIce staff will contact you within 24-48 hours.
  • GreenIce will arrange to have the incorrect item collected to be examined and, once it has arrived in our warehouse and we have checked that it is in proper conditions, we will send the right product. When GreenIce deems it appropriate, at our sole discretion, the correct items may be sent first and exchanged for the product sent by mistake at delivery.

Any claims regarding wrong product shipped lodged more than 48 hours after delivery will be rejected.

All purchases made through direct offers from Greenice to the customer shall be governed by the same conditions.

Wrong amount shipped. Product missing

If your order is missing pieces of one of the items purchased, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, following the procedure explained below:

  • The customer must fill in the Complaints Form(under My Account) on the greenice.com website.
  • All fields must be filled in, marking the option: "Wrong quantity. I want to receive the correct quantity"  and indicating the code of the product ordered, the quantity received and the quantity ordered.
  • Once we have received the form, GreenIce staff will contact you within 24-48 hours.
  • After verifying that the number of units sent was incorrect, we will ship the missing units.

Any claims regarding wrong amount shipped lodged more than 24 hours after delivery will be rejected.

All purchases made through direct offers from Greenice to the customer shall be governed by the same conditions.

Cancel order

If you would like to cancel your order, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet, notify us via the following procedure. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone or e-mail.

  • The customer must fill in the Complaint Form (under My Account) on the greenice.com website
  • All fields must be filled in, marking the option: "I want to cancel my order" and giving the required information.
  • Once we have received the form, GreenIce staff will contact you within 48-48 hours.
  • After cancelling your order, we will reimburse you for the payment made, when applicable.

The customer may cancel part of an order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If the goods have already been dispatched, the customer must accept delivery of the whole order and then may use the request for return/replacement procedures, as explained in the Conditions of Sale.

Delay in receiving order

  • As indicated in the Shipping Times section described above, products that are in stock will be delivered within 24 hours from the time payment is received.
  • All products show an approximate delivery time, which on occasion may change slightly.
  • If your order has been delayed, our Customer Service Department will contact you to notify you of the new delivery date. We will always do our best to deliver the goods as quickly as possible.
  • If, for some reason, our staff has not been able to contact you, you can inquire into the status of your order by calling any of the numbers listed on the website or filling in the Complaint Form  (under My Account), marking the option: "I haven't received my order, and indicating your information and that of the order. Our staff will contact you within 24-48 hours with an answer.
  • All purchases made through direct offers from Greenice to the customer shall be governed by the same conditions.

Sales conditions for discounted products

  • Any products purchased through monthly or seasonal deals will be governed by the same conditions as the rest of the products in the shop.
  • Deals will only be valid through the date indicated on the promotion and may not be applied to orders placed after that date or changes made afterwards.
  • All purchases made through direct offers from Greenice to the customer shall be governed by the same conditions.
  • Products will be available for sale while stocks last.

Miscellaneous and Legal Jurisdiction

  • Greenice reserves the right to modify any prices without prior notice and to remove products and add new ones to the catalogue.
  • Prices are those currently listed in the catalogue, excepting printing error, replacing any previous prices.
  • All offers and promotions are identified as such and valid only while they appear on screen.
  • Sales operations shall be formalised at the seller's premises.
  • Right of legal ownership: until the invoice has been paid in full, the products remain the legal property of the seller.
  • Product instructions: Apart from exceptional cases, at the discretion of Greenice, product instructions must be downloaded from the product page. Only products that logically require instructions will include them.
  • Any disputes arising from the interpretation or compliance with this contract shall be handled by Courts of Madrid, Spain.
  • By providing your personal details and submitting an order, you are accepting these general conditions of sale.
  • Shipping and handling costs will be paid by the customer and are listed in the cart and on the order.
  • All products acquired must be paid after submitting the order via the specified payment method.
  • For each order dispatched, an invoice will be generated and sent to the customer along with the products. The customer must check that the invoice coincides with the order and with the goods delivered, as signing this document means the customer waives all rights to lodge claims regarding poor conditions or lost goods.
  • The guarantee shall only apply to products used under normal conditions as established by the manufacturers. The guarantee goes into effect from the purchase date on the invoice and only covers repair or replacement of the product, not shipping charges.
  • In order to verify that the lack of conformity was not caused by inappropriate handling by the customer, power surges, etc. a report from an impartial expert will be required, establishing the cause of the damage or lack of conformity.
  • The guarantee does not apply to any defects or damage caused by external events, by falling, dropping or hitting products, by wear and tear, by power surges or by use that does not conform to the manufacturer's instructions. Products modified or manipulated by the customer or any other individual not authorised by the manufacturer, as well as any products covered by a specific support contract, are also excluded from the guarantee coverage.
  • GreenIce is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for any damage arising from the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, personal accident, damage to items other than the product, loss of profit or income, damage from wear and tear or loss of data. GreenIce shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any damage or defects to the products supplied. It is the manufacturer of said products that, through their guarantee, shall be liable for any damage to the product.
  • GreenIce shall not be held responsible for any typos or content errors in the product characteristics that may occasionally occur and, like the prices, may change without prior notice. Likewise, the product photos are non-binding, provided merely for orientation.
  • The brands and logos on this page are Greenice brands, both registered and not, and may not be used in any sort of advert or advertising materials regarding the distribution of any information or contents extracted from this website without the prior written consent of the brand owner. These general conditions of sale, as well as any contracts signed, are governed by applicable law. Any differences or suits arising from the interpretation or compliance with these general conditions of sale or any contract with a customer shall be taken up in the Courts of Madrid under civil jurisdiction.
