Changes in purchases made

Acquired products may be changed within a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of delivery of your order.
 It will be mandatory for the products to be in perfect condition (they have not been used or manipulated) and in their original packaging, and that in the box of your attached pedio copy of the RM with the return authorization that we will facilitate.

Procedure to perform a return.

 The client must complete the “Incident notification form” located in the client's private area (my account), selecting the option “I do not like the product. I want to proceed to its return ”, and indicating the product code received, and the product code you want to acquire in substitution.
Received the form, Greenice staff will contact within 24/48 hours.
Depending on the case, and being only and exclusively Greenice decision, the following possibilities fit:
Sending the order with the new material you want to acquire in replacement from the one you want to return and collection of the product/s that you do not want in the same operation and simultaneously. In this case, the delivery man will deliver his new order and collect the material you do not want, and must enter the RMA document that will be sent by our claims and incident service.
Prior collection of the order you do not want and subsequent sending of the order with the new material you want to acquire. Greenice may request the previous collection of the product in question and to the reception of the same in our warehouse, and after the relevant verification that the material is in correct state, will proceed to send the new order.
It is possible that the change of the material for another generates an increase or decrease in the amount of the same, being in one of the following two situations:
- If with the change/s made, the total amount of the order increases: in this case, the price difference can only be paid by bank transfer or by PayPal. It is not possible to pay the difference by card because the bank's TPV does not accept partial payments.
- If with the change/s made, the total amount of the order decreases: in this case, we will pay the resulting price difference, by means of the same form of payment that you pay the order, either by card or paypal, or by transfer or countertoposlo, in which case, you must indicate a bank account number.

Product return

Acquired products may be returned within a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of delivery of your order.
It will be mandatory that the returns of the products are performed perfectly packed, complete and with their original packaging, indicating the number of the return authorization that we will facilitate and attach copy the purchase invoice. Greenice will take charge of the collection of the material to be returned, managing the company collecting and running with the return expenses. If the client decided to proceed to send the material he wishes to return, Greenice will not take care of the expenses derived from said. Greenice will only take over the return expenses as long as it has previously managed the return with its usual carrier.
Only the return will be admitted and the amount of the product will be reinstated if it is free of damage and in perfect condition. The return of beaten products or in poor condition will not be admitted, which have been manipulated or are not in their original packaging.

Procedure to perform a return

The procedure to follow will be the following:
- The web claims form must be completed, located in the client's private area (my account), selecting the option “I do not like the product. I want to proceed to his return. ”
- Once the form is received requesting the return, our staff will contact the client to manage the collection of the material you want to return for your fertilizer.
- At the reception of the same, and after the perceptual examination by our material of the material, the payment of the same will proceed within a period not exceeding 15 days from the reception of the subject.
Once the items have been received in our stores and proven that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the amount. Shipping costs will not be reintegrated.

Products not susceptible to return.

The articles mentioned below are excluded from the policy of changes and returns except in case of defectiveness:
- Customly customized LED strips.
- Neon Leds hose per meters.
- Loose product packs units.
- Personalized cases.
- Auction products.
