Downlights can also be differentiated by the protection index they have, in almost one hundred percent of cases, Led downlights with an indoor protection index (IP20) are used. However, there are some installations that deserve a higher protection index, such as luminaires that are installed in showers, bathtubs, swimming pools, kitchens; For these cases, downlights with an IP65 protection rating are used, thus providing a more robust product for these dust and humidity requirements.
