Purchase process.
What are the necessary steps to make a purchase?
- Select the product/s you want and add it to the shopping basket. Once you have them all, press the “Confirm” button on the basket and you will access the purchase cart.
- Once in the cart, if you already have an account in Greenice, you should simply introduce your email and password, and all fields will be completed with your information. If you do not have an account, you must enter your corresponding data and the shipping address.
- Next, you must select the shipping and payment method that suits you.
- Finally, click “confirm” to complete your purchase.
After making your purchase, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your purchase.
If you have chosen to collect your order in our store, you must bring your ID with you. In the event that another person will collect the order for you, it will have a duly signed authorization for you and accompanied by a photocopy of your DNI. We will keep this document.
Problems when making payment.
In the case in which an error occurred when paying with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card, this may be due to several reasons:
- Our website is active by the “Safe Purchase” security protocol for card payments. If you do not have this active option on your card, you will not be able to receive the SMS or authorization via app that your bank will send to complete the purchase.
- You may have expired.
- It is also possible that you have reached the limit of use of your card.
If these problems could not solve them quickly, we recommend you make the purchase by another of the media we have available, such as Paypal, Amazon Pay, bank transfer, counter -tube ...
Stock and product availability
Remember that orders made before 7pm will leave the same day of our warehouse and will be given to the domicile indicated in the following 24 hours, as long as, and here it is really important, there is stock of the acquired products
And how can I check that there is stock of the chosen product?
For this, within each of the product chips, you can find in the right margin of the screen, under the "Add to the cart" button, the current stock with the number of units available to be sent immediately, as well as the future stocks and their delivery deadline.
If there is stock available: the order will leave our warehouse immediately and will be delivered at 24 hours following your order.
If there is no stock: You must wait at the estimated date of arrival of the material, so that your order can be sent completely.
This information will always be available so that the customer is fully informed of the delivery deadlines of each product and the available stock at all times. Remember that these deadlines are as rigorous as possible, but that they may suffer variations.
In the event that one of the deadlines is modified, Greenice customer service will communicate, either by email or telephone call, the approximate delivery period for the total sending of your order. Similarly, you will remain informed of any variation that may arise from that period.
In the event that an order is composed of several different products, not being all available for shipment at the time of the order, the client may request the partial shipment of his order and the subsequent sending of the pending material. Said partial shipment may only be requested when the total sending of the order will be delayed more of the delivery deadlines indicated on the web and this shipment must finally be approved by Greenice. Greenice will always have the final decision regarding partial shipments.
