LED 12VDC Strip Lights

In the 12 VDC LED strips we can find different versions depending on the type of chip used. All of them come in rolls of 5 meters and in the shades of warm white (3000 K), natural (4000 K) and cold (6000 K). In addition, they can also be found in the colors of red, green, yellow and blue.

The most common chip types within the LED Strip category are the SMD 3528 and the SMD 5050. The most common chip type used is SMD 5050, although different versions can be found of this type like the SMD 5054 that provides greater illumination by meter with a greater consumption.

In addition to the shades mentioned above, you can find some SMD 5050 strip versions in pink, ice blue and ultraviolet.

For the commissioning of a Led strip with 12VDC operation, we will need a transformer that will vary. depending on the type of strip used and the power of it. As a recommendation for your installation, from GreenIce we always recommend the installation of a maximum of 10 meters to avoid stress drops.
