Types of 24 V LED strips

  • SMD2835 strips: the most versatile format, with densities from 60 to 240 LEDs per meter and wattages of roughly 13 to 18 W/m. High color rendering CRI95 versions are available.
  • SMD5050 strips: larger, brighter LEDs, also in RGB+CCT versions for creating color scenes.
  • COB strips: LEDs packed so closely that the light looks like a continuous line with no dots, ideal for profiles without a diffuser or reflective surfaces. They include side-emitting and cut-anywhere models.
  • IP20 and IP65 versions: IP20 for dry indoor areas and coated IP65 for areas with moisture or splashes.

How to choose a 24 V LED strip
