T8 LED Tubes 150CM

150 cm T8 LED tubes are the direct replacement for the longest T8 fluorescents, the classic 58 W tubes, common in factories, workshops, garages, warehouses and parking garages. At GreenIce you'll find 150 cm LED tubes that deliver the same or more light using less than half the energy and with a much longer lifespan.

Available 150 cm T8 LED tubes

  • 22 W 150 cm T8 LED tube: 2200 lumens of 5000 K light, polycarbonate body and single-end connection. Crisp white light for work areas.
  • 23 W 150 cm T8 LED tubes with rotating cap: 2760 lumens, in 4000/4200 K or 6000 K, with a rated lifespan of 60,000 hours. Available in packs within our range of T8 LED tubes, with single-end or standard connection.

The rotating cap lets you turn the tube in the lampholder to aim the light toward the area you need to illuminate.

Where 150 cm tubes are used

Because of their length and light output, 150 cm tubes are installed in batten and vapor-tight fixtures in large spaces: industrial buildings, auto repair shops, shared garages, storage rooms, warehouses, service corridors and cold rooms. If your fixture is in a damp or dusty environment, combine them with vapor-tight fixtures; and if you need a new fixture, see our aluminum batten fixtures for T8 tubes.

How to choose a 150 cm T8 LED tube

Exact length

Measure your current tube: the 150 cm tube replaces the 58 W fluorescent. Don't confuse it with 120 cm (36 W) or 60 cm (18 W) tubes.

Connection type

With single-end tubes, power enters from one side only. You need to remove or bypass the fixture's ballast and starter and follow the manufacturer's diagram.

Lumens

Between 2200 and 2760 lumens, depending on the model. Choose the higher-output model if the ceiling is high.

Color temperature

4000 K is comfortable in warehouses and garages; 5000-6000 K gives whiter light for workshops and precision work areas.

Frequently asked questions

Can I mix LED tubes and fluorescents in the same fixture?

It isn't recommended: the wiring for LED is different. Adapt the whole fixture to the LED tube.

At GreenIce you get fast shipping, a 3-year warranty on GreenIce products and technical advice to adapt your fixtures.
