Description

This source is designed to work directly with LEDs (LED plates or COBs), not with LED strips. They must be equipment that feeds in constant current.

This source works in constant current mode when we connect the LEDs directly that have a voltage within the output voltage range in constant current mode and a working current equal to to the output current.

The ELG series are class I grounded LED drivers. This 3Y version has a ground cable at the input (3 wires). Versions can be ordered in which the source chassis itself is used as ground connection, removing -3Y from the end of the model. For example ELG-75-36B.

It can also work in constant voltage mode giving a fixed voltage of 36V if the load is supplied with constant voltage and we do not exceed the maximum output power.

With IP67 waterproof metal casing. The ELG series has a high efficiency designed for public, architectural, outdoor lighting applications or any LED lighting application that needs a high quality driver. Approved HL Class I Division 2 for explosive zones in the USA.

It can be regulated with active or passive regulators of 0-10V or 1-10V, 10V PWM signal from 100Hz to 3KHz or by resistance of 0 to 100KOhms. Will not work with phase cut Triac dimmers. (Not to be confused with TRIACs dimmers, phase cut. This driver cannot be dimmed with a Triac). With active potentiometers that can give 0V, it allows turning off the output without the need for a switch. With 1-10V regulators we can only reach 10% regulation without turning off the output. If you want to regulate the LED strips, we recommend the PWM series.

Compatible with any 0-10V or 1-10V regulator on the market, both active and passive. Some tested compatible models are:

We can put about 20 sources for each dimmer. The maximum distance is 100 meters between the regulator and the driver.
