Transformers for 12/24VDC LED Strips

The transformer is the most important element when designing a 12/24 VDC LED strip installation.

To know how to choose the necessary transformer in each case, we will have to divide the consumption of the strip between the meters of the same, obtaining the consumption for each meter of strip.

Later, we will have to multiply this data by the meters of strips of the installation. With the obtained result, we will have to make sure that we have a transformer for higher consumption. For example, if the consumption was 180w, we would need a transformer of up to 200w.
